Sawt StudioTerms of Service
1 — Who we are
“Sawt Studio” is a trademark and service of MAJAZ FOR MARKETING SOLUTIONS COMPANY, a company registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, referred to in these terms as “we”. Contact and support: support@sawtstudio.com.
2 — Acceptance
By using the website, creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 18 years of age or older.
3 — Description of the service
The service converts Arabic text into AI-generated audio files, and helps you write scripts and review their pronunciation, using synthetic voices in several dialects. The voices are entirely synthetic and do not represent real people.
4 — Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done through your account. One free account is allowed per person. We may suspend accounts that exceed fair-use limits or are created by automated means.
5 — Acceptable use
Sawt Studio voices are fully synthetic, designed for this service, and do not represent real people. We do not offer voice cloning and do not accept uploads of a person’s voice to imitate it.
You may not use the service, or any audio file produced with it, for:
- Impersonation: impersonating a real person, living or dead, or an organisation, or suggesting that a synthetic voice is, or comes from, a real person.
- Fraud and deception: fraud or phishing, misleading messages, deceptive advertising, or claiming a voice is human with intent to deceive.
- Political and election misinformation: content that misleads people about elections, referendums, candidates or public affairs, or attributes to a politician or official something they did not say.
- Hate and harm: hate speech or discrimination, incitement to violence, threats, or harassment of anyone.
- Sexual content and minors: sexually explicit content, and any content that exploits, abuses or harms minors in any way.
- Third-party rights: infringing intellectual property, privacy or any other right of others, or breaking the laws in force in your country or in Jordan.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk messages and automated nuisance calls (robocalls) without the recipients’ consent.
Your responsibility: you are responsible for the texts you enter and for how you use the resulting files. You must disclose that a voice is AI-generated where the law requires it; we also write this in each file’s metadata.
What we do about violations: we may screen texts automatically before generation, review content that breaks this section, and refuse or remove it. We reserve the right to remove content, to suspend or terminate the account without prior notice in case of a serious violation, and to report to the competent authorities where the law requires it or where the content puts anyone at risk.
Reporting abuse: if you see content made with Sawt Studio that breaks this section, report it with the “Report a problem” button in the studio, or write to support@sawtstudio.com. We review every report.
6 — Content ownership and commercial use
The texts you enter remain yours, and you are responsible for having the right to use them. You may use the audio files generated for you commercially (in video, ads, courses, audiobooks and apps) without additional fees as long as you comply with these terms. We do not guarantee that the output is unique; the system may generate a voice similar to someone else’s. Disclosing that the voice is AI-generated is recommended where your audience expects it, and required where the law demands it.
The service, its software, voices and brand remain ours; you may not copy the voices to train other systems or resell them as raw material.
7 — Subscriptions and payment
Paddle.com sells subscriptions and top-up packs as the Merchant of Record and seller: it issues the invoice and collects the payment and the taxes applicable in your country, and your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel them from your account; your balance remains until the end of the paid period. Quotas are counted in characters after removing diacritics, and unused quota does not roll over unless the plan says so. Prices may change with thirty days’ notice, and a change does not apply to a period already paid. Any purchase can be refunded within 14 days under the refund policy, which Paddle processes as the seller.
8 — Fair use and limits
To protect the service from abuse we apply limits on concurrent requests, daily requests and the length of a single text. Audio files are deleted from our servers seven days after generation, and texts after thirty days.
9 — Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the audio is free of pronunciation errors or fit for every purpose, nor that the service will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, our liability does not exceed what you paid in the three months before the claim.
10 — Changes and termination
We may change these terms; we publish changes here and notify subscribers by email of material ones. Continuing to use the service means you accept them. You may delete your account and export your data at any time from your account settings or by writing to us.
11 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, subject to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
